LoisAnnie Productions was started in 2005 by John Joseph Gomes when he had the idea to make films with characters that were gay but not necessarily making it the main focal point of the story line. 

While this is still the focus of the films LoisAnnie Productions produces for John, we've begun to branch into other areas of production such as the public access talk show, The Artists' Spotlight. 

LoisAnnie Productions also hopes to begin producing plays soon.

John named LoisAnnie Productions after his mother who passed away in ’97 and who, along with his father and sister, encouraged John to begin acting at age 11.
